What we handle
- Pricing corrections: if a per-graft price or package figure on the Site is out of date, send the URL plus the clinic's current public price page. We re-check monthly but appreciate the heads-up.
- Clinic listing requests: clinics may request inclusion (we vet per our criteria — see About) or removal of their existing listing.
- Editorial corrections: factual errors, broken links, accessibility issues.
- Partnership inquiries: affiliate program offers, content syndication, advertising.
- Press: we occasionally provide commentary for medical-tourism, hair-loss-treatment, and patient-cost stories.
What we do not handle
- Personal medical advice or consultations. Talk to a board-certified hair restoration surgeon.
- Quote requests for specific procedures. Contact the clinic directly.
- Complaints about specific clinics. File those with the clinic's medical board (US: state medical board; UK: GMC; AU: AHPRA).
